- Develop and execute sales plans for Pathway’s automation platform
- Drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth in the insurance vertical
- Manage the entire sales cycle: lead generation, demos, proposals, negotiation, and closing
- Identify and open new market niches and opportunities
- Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with prospects and customers
- Provide timely forecasting and insights on sales performance and market trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth pre-sales and onboarding experience
- Report regularly on sales activities, pipeline status, and KPIs
- 4+ years of B2B sales experience (SaaS, tech, or financial services preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (C1/C2 level required)
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and performance-driven
- Proficiency with PowerPoint and modern CRM tools
- Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of SaaS and customer success models
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
