We are looking for an ambitious and energetic colleague, passionate about technology, to help us grow our business. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective business development strategy.

To excel in this role you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

What will you be doing?

You will identify new business opportunities in order to generate revenue, improve profitability, and help the business grow.
Your work will involve careful strategic planning and positioning in the appropriate markets, or enhancing the operation of the business, position or reputation in some way.
Your work will often reach across all areas of the business.

This would your responsibilities:

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

We would be happy if you fulfill these requirements:

  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
  • Previous working experience in IT industry is a plus
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. HubSpot)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Proficiency in German is a plus
  • Market knowledge
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales, IT or relevant field
