Business Development Manager
Job description:
- Development of cooperation with existing small, medium and large clients
- Responsible for targeting new clients, scheduling and organizing meetings and presentations of Adecco services
- Understanding and analyzing clients’ organizational structure and business direction in order to create tailor-made solutions for each new/existing client to enhance profitable growth for both Adecco and our client
- Negotiation with clients
- Creation, monitoring and adjustment of new and existing services in accordance with the sales strategy
- Responsibility for the growth, sales results and realized profit of the company and personal budget
- Close cooperation with different departments within Adecco in order to secure top quality delivery service for our clients and associates
You are good fit for us if:
- You are skilled in negotiations – diplomacy and compromise are your goals when facing challenges with clients
- You have great presentation skills – you can communicate effectively with all levels of management and stakeholders
- You have previous experience in sales in Service industry and fast pacing environment
- You are fluent in English (professional proficiency)
- You have drivers licence B category (active driver)
