We are looking for a: Business Development Manager (IT)

Essential duties:

  • Identify, generate, qualify and pass new business opportunities and relationships, negotiating rates, terms of cooperation
  • Work collaboratively with CEO to drive new successful business opportunities
  • Act as the key contact, spokesperson for all CEO business needs and interests, to approach if any questions or issues, be involved in providing key strategic inputs to the senior management team
  • Collaborate and actively communicate with partners regarding third-party services and building long-term relationships between parties from the stage of development and throughout the lifecycle of the service
  • Provide specialist advice on products and services, provide market intelligence information back into the business
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Participate and represent CEO business interests within the market in branding and client-based marketing activities such as networking events, conferences, summits etc.
  • Support new projects licensing process
  • Manage agreement signing process and integration, liaising between internal departments and partners

Desired skills and experience:

  • Solid experience and track record in business development, or sales within IT, iGaming, crypto, online payment services, high-risk industries
  • Excellent customer and contact network
  • Solid understanding of IT market trends and new technologies
  • Excellent communication skills both in written and spoken English
  • Fluency in Russian is a big plus
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
  • Exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills
