What You’ll Do:

The ideal candidate will be a proactive and results-oriented professional who is able to identify new business opportunities, build relationships and participate effectively in the recruitment process in Serbia.

Required skills and competencies:

• Engineering degree (civil, architectural, electrical or mechanical)
• Work procurement and business development experience
• Ability to identify and exploit business opportunities
• Finding new clients and building relationships
• Reaching and engaging with key decision makers
• Assessing customer needs and developing tailored solutions
• Market research and identifying business opportunities
• Relationship building and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of tenders, active listening
• Registration on local tender monitoring sites
• Monitoring public and private sector tenders
• Competitor monitoring
• Liaising with existing and potential clients
• Strategic thinking and problem solving skills
• Understanding legal and financial terms
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Communication skills in Hungarian, English, Serbian
• Preparation and management of proposals, contracts
