Role Description:
Sales Clover is looking to hire a business development representative who will help establish and execute on our strategies. This individual will have a great opportunity to learn and develop rapidly, as the intent is to scale this part of the organization throughout 2025. This is a great opportunity for someone with ambitions to learn sales and marketing and quickly develop into a team lead or manager. Sales Clover works with leading tech brands across AI, fraud-prevention, cybersecurity, supply chain, and logistics.
What You’ll Do:
- Outbound prospecting
- Leverage our sales technology stack (Salesforce, LinkedIn, Outreach, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, Lusha) to increase your own productivity
- Use Email, LinkedIn and Cold Calling to put the right message in front of the right customer to drive buyer engagement
- Expand and improve the existing, and open new business lines aligned with the client development strategy
- Talk to founders and executives at tech companies all around the world about how to build and grow their business
- Directly manage a market research associate to ensure you have critical data and intelligence to engage with buyers more effectively
- Collaborate with the Sales Representatives to understand wins and lost opportunities
- Design and implement sales positioning and messaging across key customer segments, personas, and industries
- A/B test and analyze performance metrics to optimize sales campaigns
- Participate in continuous role training and professional development
Requirements:
- Holding at least IV level Degree
- Full Fluency in English written and verbal
- Interest in business development
- Proficient in using spreadsheets like Google Sheets/Excel
- Sales experience is a must!
- Tech Savvy person
- You are a situational master — You plan, you practice, you perform!
