ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our market presence. This hybrid role demands a proactive, organized professional who excels in lead generation, customer engagement, and securing sales opportunities. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, supporting the sales and finance departments to ensure smooth operations and contribute to the company’s growth and success. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Sales Strategy Execution: Implement targeted sales strategies to drive growth and expand market presence through outbound initiatives.
  • Lead Generation & Relationship Building: Identify and engage potential customers through cold calling and outreach, while building and maintaining strong relationships with prospects and clients.
  • Product Knowledge & Presentation: Deliver comprehensive product information through online channels and in-person meetings. Conduct engaging demonstrations, with a focus on car accessories and outdoor products.
  • Client Data Management: Use ERP systems to track leads and sales data, analyze performance metrics, and generate actionable reports.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to ensure seamless communication and support for sales efforts, enhancing overall efficiency across the organization.

KEY SKILLS

  • Communication: Fluent in written and verbal Serbian and English for effective interaction with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
  • Experience: 2+ years in B2B outbound sales, ideally with a technical background in the car, truck, and spare parts industry.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced PC skills, strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Drive, and experience with ERP systems (Odoo preferred).
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Proven experience in developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth through outbound initiatives.
  • Lead Generation & Relationship Building: Skilled in identifying, engaging, and building lasting relationships with prospects and clients.
  • Communication & Presentation: Skilled at delivering clear, comprehensive product information and conducting engaging demonstrations, with expertise in the car, truck, and spare parts industry, as well as outdoor products.
  • Client Data Management: Proficient in utilizing ERP systems to track leads and analyze sales data, ensuring well-informed decision-making.
  • Proactive, Goal-Oriented Self-Starter: Demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, goal-driven mindset, excelling in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Location Requirement: Candidates must be based in Belgrade or Novi Sad, as we primarily serve clients in these areas. While a company car is not provided, transportation expenses will be covered.
