Business Operations Analyst - French language

We are looking for a French language speaker to join us as a Business Operation Analyst!

Take a closer look at the main duties: 

• Owns the direct relationship with the armored car service provider (CIT) and provides coordination and execution of the cash replenishment programs, policies, and procedures.
• Provide service support when establishing Cash/Consumable delivery services for new accounts or additional sites for existing customers
• Provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and optimal subcontractor performance with monthly reviews and reports. Assume and ensure life cycle management of the CIT, monitor and manage the CIT’s performance
• Work with one or more cash suppliers using the standard contract template to obtain the most favorable price and selection of the best cash provider for the opportunity based upon all decision factors
• Utilize data from performance reports and periodically meet with the CIT to resolve unsatisfactory service levels and ensure CIT supplier is meeting customer SLA’s
• Take corrective action on escalated issues with the CIT (when required) for any cash replenish performance issues
• Periodically verify the accuracy of rates being charged by the CITs servicing their accounts
• Assist with IMAC activity as it relates to branch or off-site locations (ie ATM installs/removals and Night Depositories)

What we expect from you:

• Minimum high school diploma
• Previous banking experience will be considered an advantage
• Fluency in speaking and writing of both French and English language  
• Advanced knowledge level of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel are a must)
• Analytical and problem-solving attitude
• Exceptional customer service orientation and team spirit 
• Willingness to work the afternoon shift ( 14-22h, Monday - Friday)
