Business Operations Analyst

The candidate will become a member of the Digital Transformation Team responsible for analyzing and cleansing data in preparation for/support of a specified roll out of the Oracle Enterprise Services (ES) Cloud program. Key areas of responsibility: Ensure customer data integrity in Oracle ES cloud for service delivery, billing, and customer reporting Analyze, design, and develop well-defined methods and procedures for service data quality related activities Present and gain agreement for problem isolation, solution creation, and implementation plans Customize and provide business data for knowledge applications; prepare and distribute standard reports Coordinate activities with management and project managers Deliver project milestones on time and within budget, with quality Work closely with other members of the team to implement a multi-functional business solution Reference: BAnFrpOBEM0eoPt1LdUav_8ePUbd41DZS0m7PJid7hg. What we expect from you: BS/BA in Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent degree or business-related experience with a technical background Strong written and oral English communication skills Strong analytical and Microsoft Office skills Self-motivated, customer-focused Ability to manage multiple team members and issue resolution Ability to deal with multiple cultures and regional differences Preferred qualifications: Data and information visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) Data languages (SQL and NoSQL) Programming languages (Python, Java) AI/Machine Learning Oracle ERP and CRM systems (EBS, OFS, Fusion) Atlassian Jira PMP or Agile certification What you will get from us: Working hours from 9 am – 5 pm from Monday to Friday Opportunity to develop skills through training Work in a large, international team Work in modernly equipped offices located in the heart of the business center in New Belgrade Possibility of conversion to a contract with a client with all of the benefits included If you want to give yourself a try in the new role, apply and join us!
