BUSINESS OPERATIONS ANALYST
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Responsible for developing a suite of business metrics and reports to support Retail business needs.
- Maintaining the rollout schedule of re-defined reports and generates and customizes reports in response to specific business requests
- Implement Live Dashboards & KPI’s from relevant systems
- Through Data analysis provide trending information, observations and analysis of the data and recommendations to enable business decisions
- Position supports the Sales division by performing day-to-day operational functions to support sales associates and managers in their pipeline management.
- Position must be (internal and external) customer focused, with the ability to determine and address customer expectations, needs and problems; Position must interface with Manager/Team Leader to escalate issues, provide updates and effect improvements
- Work with limited guidance on projects within defined criteria
Candidate profile and qualifications:
- Knowledge of English language
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance field
- 3+ year’s relevant business analytics experience
- Excellent knowledge of MS office suite with advanced excel skills
- Experience in information management - Business Objects, SQL
- Experience in CRM systems – SFDC an advantage
- Proficient in database management with low learning curve in adapting to new systems/tools
