About the role:
Yettel is seeking a sharp, talented and energetic Business Operations Expert. This role is located within Commercial division and is part of the team responsible for enabling operational excellence, digital business transformation and continuous improvements. What will we expect from you:
- Business acumen – understand what drives the business and enrich the quantitative analysis with qualitative insights and bigger picture perspective.
- Analytics and planning – be data-driven in analyzing and assessing proposed business models and operational improvements.
- Proactive drive – direct the process improvements and business modeling towards maximizing Yettel’s profitability.
- Embracing change – be willing to break the comfort-zone with forward-thinking and future-focused operational models, not dwelling on the past or present.
- Brave communication – manage various stakeholders with recognized operation impacts to protect Yettel's profitability.
For a good start, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in business, telecommunications, engineering or organizational sciences.
- 5+ years of experience in channel management and/or telecommunication industry.
- Strong analytical mindset and MS Excel skills.
- Experience working with X-functional and X-cultural teams.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Fluency in English
Would be great advantage if you also had:
- Master’s degree.
- Knowledge of BPMN tools and design.
- Experience in business and/or digital transformation.
