Business Support Systems Specialist - Billing & Charging
Some of the tasks you would be focusing on are:
- Maintain availability of Billing&Charging systems
- Responsible for business processes support, operation and maintenance on Billing&Charging systems
- Take active part in development, implementation and testing of Billing&Charging solution according to business requirements
- Support implementation, integration, resource and performance control of Billing&Charging solution
- Short term planning of upgrades and capacity expansions
- Ad-hoc support for end users
- Take active part in development of processes, methods and tools used within Department
- Support CNOC team; participate in on-call service
For the good start, you will need:
- Technical education in electrical engineering or computer science
- Good knowledge of English language (spoken and written)
- Desirable but not requred - knowledge of Linux, SQL, PLSQL and Oracle DB
- Previous experience on Ericsson Billing&Charging solution is beneficial
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Market and customer oriented way of thinking and attitude, result oriented
