BUSINESS AND SALES ANALYST

For the further expansion of our HQ activities, we are now seeking an driven, independent, intelligent and analytical person in our company in Belgrade as a part of our international controlling department.

Primary responsibilities:

• You will develop reports, create design and structure of presentations that are appropriate to the requirements of higher management
• Coordinate annual budget process, planning and forecasting, in accordance with company standards and schedules
• Preparation of financial statements and reports on a monthly basis for HQ
• Involvement in development and optimization of BI tools for controlling process
• Analyse financial statements, cash flow reports, budget vs. actual deviations and propose corrective measures
• Be involved in development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to financial management, budget and accounting

Our expectations:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 3 year‘s experience in controlling, audit, reporting or similar positions
• You are a capable problem solver focused on details and adding the business value to our products
• You can create comprehensive documentation for the different types of readers
• You can assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
• You are good at prioritizing and have no problem with giving feedback to internal stakeholders and clients
• You are fluent in English and Serbian
• Highly organized, with focus on process discipline
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
