For our client Grammer Business Center a newly established Global Business Center based in Niš, we are seeking an Buyer Non Production Materials - Services / Invest, who will be a part of the initial team as they have launched their new state-of-the-art business center with modern amenities.

Job description:

• Analysis and evaluation of procurement markets in the Services & Invest/CapEx Area
• Optimization and implementation of the procurement strategy
• Conducting negotiations on prices, delivery conditions and contract contents
• Bundling of requirements within the purchasing strategy and execution of global tenders
• Execution of group-wide demand analyses
• Handling escalations including the necessary control and communication within complaint processes
• Coordination with all necessary departments, e.g. Operations, Legal, Controlling, Project Team, Industrial Engineering, R&D etc.
• Execution of process and value analyses at selected suppliers
• Collaboration in the revision and optimization of processes in purchasing

Requirements

• Completed university studies (technical or commercial) or completed vocational training as well as relevant further training (e.g. as a technician (m/f/d) or business economist (m/f/d))
• Professional experience in purchasing
• Several years of professional experience (at least 3 years)
• Professional experience in the field of indirect purchasing
• Basic knowledge of contract drafting
• English business fluent, German language skills desirable
• Confident handling of SAP, MS Office Programs
