- Propose, create and track direct CRM campaigns and customer’s journeys in marketing automation campaigning tool
- Drive and implement experimental campaigns and initiatives related to better usage of data we have
- Create reports and analyse campaigns, business cases and KPIs
- Constantly challenge results and work on improvement campaigns’ success and related processes
- Cooperate with our partners and vendors
- Use customer and market insights, data and analytics in order to identify areas of improvement.
- Work with different stakeholders involved in customer journey process and in campaign planning and execution process
If you have:
- University degree in Organizational sciences or Business/Economics with strong IT understanding, Computer Science, Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering
- Preferably 2 years of experience as CRM Expert, Product Manager, Marketing Analyst, or similar position
- Experience with direct campaigning tools such as Sales Force Marketing Cloud will be considered as a plus
- Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook)
- Fluency in English; written and spoken
- Knowledge of telco industry and its processes would be advantage
