Role & Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer requirements and detail them in technical specifications.
- Recommend and validate one or more technical solutions according to the validated functional specifications.
- Identify the technical and detailed characteristics of the application and model them.
- Carry out the developments and/or customization/parameterization according to the specifications provided by the functional consultant.
- Design the associated tests and run the first tests of the developed functionality.
- Communicate with the project participants, customer contacts, or internal team members, as well as with your hierarchy, and know-how to report successes as well as possible risks.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Service, and Marketing
- Strong background in technical consultancy, focusing on a CRM system
- A good listener and you are able to make proposals to customers and teams.
- Sense of analysis and synthesis allows you to provide quality work while giving priority to meeting deadlines.
- Application knowledge in the field of CRM.
- Exposure to Workflow, Power Apps, Power Automate, form customization.
- Excellent communication skills - fluent in English
