Job Summary:
The CRM Expert Specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation, customization, and optimization of ZOHO One CRM across all modules, including CRM, Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, and more. This role requires advanced knowledge of ZOHO’s workflow automation, API integrations, and customization to meet the company’s specific needs, with a particular focus on integration with third-party platforms and creating seamless workflows. The ideal candidate will ensure that the CRM infrastructure supports the company's business objectives, providing a high level of service to our corporate clients and C-suite executives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full ZOHO One CRM Implementation: Oversee the complete implementation of ZOHO One CRM, including all modules (CRM, SalesIQ, Campaigns, Projects, HR, Finance, etc.) tailored to the chauffeured transportation industry.
- Customization and Optimization: Customize ZOHO CRM fields, workflows, and layouts based on business requirements, ensuring that all modules are functioning optimally.
- Workflow Automation: Design and implement automated workflows, lead management processes, and task assignment rules to streamline operations.
- API Integration: Manage and configure API connections to integrate ZOHO CRM with other critical platforms (e.g., booking software, financial tools, customer service platforms) for real-time data synchronization and operational efficiency.
- Data Management: Ensure accurate data import/export, cleansing, and migration from legacy systems into ZOHO CRM. Establish and maintain robust data hygiene practices.
- Reporting & Analytics: Build comprehensive dashboards and reports for the sales, marketing, and operations teams, providing actionable insights and performance tracking.
- User Training & Support: Provide end-user training to internal teams on ZOHO CRM functionality and best practices, ensuring adoption and proficient use of the system.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the CRM system and third-party integrations.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on ZOHO One CRM’s new features, updates, and best practices to ensure the company is leveraging the latest technology and capabilities.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ZOHO One CRM, with in-depth knowledge of all its modules.
- Proven track record of successful CRM implementation and optimization for enterprise-level clients, ideally in the transportation or service industry.
- Experience integrating ZOHO CRM with third-party platforms via API.
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency with ZOHO One CRM modules.
- Strong understanding of API integrations, REST/SOAP protocols.
- Expertise in workflow automation and customization within ZOHO.
- Knowledge of third-party platforms commonly integrated with CRM systems (e.g., accounting software, ERP, customer service tools).
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support team members.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- ZOHO certifications are preferred but not required.
