Boston Chauffeur is a boutique limousine company based in Peabody, MA. Our primary service area is Boston, although we arrange for transportation in nearly every major city in the world.
Job Description:
As a customer service representative, your week would consist of five 8-hour shifts.
We are looking for the following shift:
Saturday - Wednesday: 3 PM EST - 11 PM EST (Thursdays and Fridays off)
All lines of communication (phone, text, chat and email) are monitored 24/7/365. No missed calls, and moreover short to no waiting times, and prompt responses in other means of communication are some of the things we pride ourselves in. Each shift would start by being briefed by the shift before it. Thereafter you would most of all communicate, but also:
- Monitor trip status updates, and driver/vehicle location; help with routing as needed.
- Accurately and promptly enter any changes/updates or new reservations into the livery system (FASTTRAK Cloud Ultimate +) and act on them accordingly.
- Monitor dispatch and reservations systems and assign all reservations according to company guidelines.
- Answer incoming calls from clients and generate reservations/quotes as needed. If necessary, assign vehicles and chauffeurs to the added reservations.
- Monitor all affiliate trips by contacting affiliates for status updates and entering trip details into the livery system. When making reservations for an affiliate, communicate with the affiliates regarding Boston Chauffeur and passenger status throughout the trip.
- Coordinates with fleet management and detailers regarding out-of-service vehicles, vehicle accidents, vehicle breakdowns, and vehicle cleaning.
- Promptly and accurately report any chauffeur incidents to management.

Equipment required:
- Relatively fast PC or laptop and internet connection
- Noise-cancelling headset
- Two monitors
