On the position of a Call center agent, you will be the one who would be developing further the relationship between us, our clients and their customers. Your role would be to potentiate already established bonds in the most professional manner, ensuring exquisite quality of service and increase of the sales volumes.
- To upgrade and develop further customers’ potential in a professional and firm manner;
- To expand and generate business by using the potential of the provided contacts’ flow and internal databases at optimum level;
- To explore and analyse customers’ needs and apply a tailored approach for each individual case;
- To incorporate new and innovative selling techniques to ensure best possible results and increase of the sales volumes.
