Your main responsibilities:

• Developing integrated direct marketing campaign strategies and activity plans for key clients and products, using communication and sales channels effectively, achieving campaign objectives increasing volume of sales and qualified leads
• Coordinating team of campaign managers in local markets and within the CRM Group Competence Centre, key partner for product and sales network leaders in all markets
• Manage and execute the implementation, tracking and measurement of integrated marketing campaigns, on time and within budget

• Establishment of centralized communication channels across the group (SMS, e-mails, direct mails, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, statements / e-statements)
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests, provide inputs and setup campaigns for A/B, champion/challenger testing across the channels

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• At least 4 years of work experience in the field of campaign management and information technologies
• Advertising, digital and CRM marketing knowledge and experience, Knowledge of HTML and designing communication messages
• Profit and Loss responsibility for campaign profitability and delivery
• Strong leadership and people development skills - able to transfer knowledge and oversee the campaign execution of colleagues
• Advanced MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, desirably database skills
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Desirable previous working experience with campaign management applications (Uniqa, SAS, etc.)
