US Expediters Logistics - Carrier Sales Representative (Serbia)

JOB DESCRIPTION
In this role, you will work directly with a Carrier Sales Manager or Account Manager to cover daily customer freight demand and help grow the company's carrier base. As a Carrier Sales Representative, you will assess market conditions, provide pricing, execute freight coverage, and create long-term relationships with our carrier partners.
You will be responsible for carrier lead generation, development, onboarding, and building new relationships. You will talk with carriers daily and offer them access to company freight through our traditional freight brokerage.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Both veterans and less experienced carrier sales executives. At least one year of transportation/logistics 3PL Brokerage experience is required. English proficiency. Detail-oriented, organized, and has a proven ability to prioritize and multitask. Results-driven, with a strong work ethic, capable of working autonomously and providing after-hours (evening and weekend) support when needed. Has a positive can-do attitude, the ability to work under pressure and manage stress composedly. Thrives working as a team and individually to reach company and personal goals. Ability to negotiate while maintaining a high level of respect. Knowledge of market rates and supply chain. Prior experience with dispatching, pricing, USPS Mail, and dedicated sourcing is a plus!
