About the Role:
We are looking for a strategic and proactive Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead all financial and accounting functions across DOX Group. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and act as the key person for all finance-related topics across our international operations. This role combines strategic vision with a hands-on approach and a strong focus on continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Leading the financial strategy, planning, and analysis across all Group divisions
- Acting as the main liaison for external accounting firms and financial advisors in all countries of operation
- Providing strategic advice to management on financial decisions, risks, and regulatory requirements
- Managing and developing the Finance and Accounting Department, including direct leadership of staff and departmental organization
- Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking (budget vs. actual)
- Presenting financial results and recommendations to senior leadership
- Managing banking relationships, financial risk, and investment strategies
- Ensuring tax and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions
- Overseeing the preparation of financial statements in line with the standards of the Group
- Supporting financial structuring and long-term growth initiatives
- Monitoring changes in legislation and ensuring timely implementation
- Leading financial improvement projects and working to strengthen systems, processes, and team performance
- Playing an active leadership role in building a strong, efficient, and future-ready finance department.
Candidate Profile:
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in senior financial management roles
- Professional certifications such as ACCA, CFA, CPA, or similar are preferred
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting practices
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); financial software experience is a bonus
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and decision-making ability
- High level of attention to detail, integrity, and accountability
- Ability to work independently and lead in a dynamic, international business environment
