Job purpose:
Day to day assistance to GM with organization of meetings and reviews of company activities. Support in communication by providing multilingual translation services, data tracking of new employees as well as participation in job interviews.
Job description:
- Lead the company's monthly business activities, submit business reports on time, review the effectiveness of company's reports and meetings, and promote the highlights of regional business activities in the company
- Assist the general manager in oral and written translation of English and Serbian to Chinese and vice versa
- Lead the company's annual management review, take countermeasures and track the problem points of management audit, and ensure that the problem points are effectively rectified
- Organize relevant middle and senior management meetings within the company (such as business meeting, weekly meeting, quarterly or semi annual business meeting)
- Lead and complete the company's operation workshop, improve the interaction of the company's management, effectively promote the company's operation and management
- Sort out the itinerary of the general manager and assist completion of the temporary work required by the production line or the headquarters
Qualification & Skills:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in Chinese language
- Basic financial knowledge or related work, more than 2 years working experience
- HSK 5 or above
- Proficient in office software, business administration, financial management and communication skills
