Position Overview:

OCSiAl’s Maintenance Team consists of highly professional and skilled, team-oriented members, with the aim of efficiently implementing current, short-term, and long-term projects.

Civil Engineer is responsible for creating technical specifications, preparation and supervision of project documentation, team management, as well as monitoring and organizing construction works.

Responsibilities (Tasks):

• Monitoring and overseeing project works, and providing support for the creation of project and working documentation.
• Planning and monitoring construction works;
• Ability to interpret construction and mechanical drawings, diagrams;
• Organization of authorship and technical supervision;
• Proficiency in using design software (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.), office applications, planning, and accounting programs;
• Knowledge of modern construction technologies and materials;
• Organization and control of mechanics and maintenance staff;
• Planning and control of equipment and building repairs.

Required Qualifications:

• Higher Technical Professional Education;
• Knowledge of regulatory and technical documentation, including in the field of industrial construction;
• Knowledge of the principles of operation and repair of industrial, construction, and auxiliary equipment;
• Understanding of occupational safety, industrial safety, and fire protection standards;
• Experience in submitting project documentation for approval;
• Experience in participating in inspections

Required Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience in the field of industrial facilities, equipment, engineering systems, and commercial buildings, with at least 2 years in a supervisory engineering role;
• Experience in managing projects from the concept phase to commissioning;
• Practical skills in interacting with contractors, user departments, and regulatory authorities;
• Experience in implementing modern maintenance and repair management systems;
• Managing material and technical support (spare parts, tools, consumables).
