Working Hours: Afternoon shifts, synchronized with US East Coast time.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver monthly reports to clients.
- Offer technical guidance to clients.
- Handle client requests and liaise with the team.
- Oversee and document projects and workloads.

Requirements:
