Client Technical Support Specialist

What will you do:

• Provide support for companies and enterprises
• Provide in-depth support to all clients
• Provide insight and assistance to business teams regarding client needs, feature requests and general inquiries
• Document and report on customer feedback to improve the customer experience
• Identify customer service issues and suggest improvements
• Close cooperation with other departments within company

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Knowledge of MS office package
