Collateral Management Specialist

Risk Division
Belgrade

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall collateral analysis based on the various sources (Systems, Evaluation report, legal and technical documentation, etc)- Production of Collateral sheet
• Identifying legal and factual collateral deficiencies and propose mitigation actions
• Analysis of compliance with Group and NBS regulation related to collateral
• Legal, technical and planning documentation check
• Providing the reference for further actions towards the collateral improvements in terms of its legal status as well as enforceability
• Follow up of the action plans leading to improvement of collaterals
• Work on the improvements of the collateral databases and systems
• Development of the collateral related reports

Requirements:

• University degree in Law or Economics
• Experience in collateral management tasks such as: collateral system developments, collateral deficiencies analysis, providing collateral bookings instructions, collateral reporting
• Experience in legal, technical and planning documentation check
• Knowledge of land, property and pledge rights register as well as technical and planning documentation
• Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge
• Excellent written skills in English language
• Outgoing personality and enthusiastic, can-do approach to work
