Collections / Accounts Receivable Specialist

Location: On-site office – New Belgrade, Serbia (remote/hybrid work not available) | 
Working hours: 3 PM – 11 PM (monday - friday) Serbian Time (CST, Chicago Time)

We are seeking a detail-oriented, driven, and reliable Collections / Accounts Receivable

Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time position requiring fluency in both written and spoken English, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage accounts receivable, including tracking invoices and payments
• Communicate with clients via email, messaging, and calls to negotiate and arrange payments
• Create and manage customized payment plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Collaborate daily with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations

Requirements:

• Completed secondary, college, or university education in economics, finance, technical, or related fields
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in accounting, payroll, tax, or financial reporting
• Excellent command of English — both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Quick learner with a proactive attitude
• Willingness to work in the CST time zone (3 PM – 11 PM Serbian time), Monday to Friday
• Team-oriented mindset with clear and respectful communication skills
