Kalman d.o.o. is looking for a proactive professional to support our executive team. You will manage business related tasks for the team such as creating presentations, organizing meetings; propose marketing strategies, and other organizational tasks in the following position Commercial Assistant
Main responsibilities will include:
- Creating and preforming rent and sales presentations
- Negotiations with major clients, real estate agencies, buyers, etc.
- Daily communication with new potential clients (phone calls, emails etc.)
- Organizing necessary sales meetings with potential clients
- Prepare sales or rent contracts and keep record of their expiration and timely prolongation
- Everyday support during rental contracts (moving in and out, coordinate preparation of premises, buying furniture, equipment service during lease period etc.)
- Maintain good company image by updating company social network profiles and web pages
- Create marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc.) to augment the company’s presence in the market
- Procurement of advertising material
- Planning, implementing and monitoring marketing campaigns
- Evaluate data and create reports on key metrics in order to monitor campaign efficiency and analyze trends
- Keep good relations with foreign suppliers, negotiations
- Explore offers of used or new equipment need for everyday business and create reports
- Maintain in-depth relations with all members of the management team
- Organize company presentation on trade fair and other promotional events, traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
- Organize company travels (plain tickets, hotel reservations, support during travels)
- Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information
- Keeping track about active real estate adds and reporting
Requirements:
- Working experience in similar position is preferred
- University degree is preferred but not mandatory
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Excellent, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills with good business correspondence
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Energetic individual with positive attitude
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- High level of dedication
