Currently we are looking for:
Position Title: Commercial Contract Manager
The Commercial Contract Manager should be responsible to devise successful business models for effecting sales to the end Customers. The incumbent will be responsible for the following:
- Preparation of efficient, deliverable and profitable business model, while adhering to rules and regulations.
- Preparing written presentations, reports, and innovative business models to senior leadership that keep improvising and adapting the same, as needed.
- Demonstrable negotiations capability in challenging commercial situations resulting in good quality contracts.
- Communicate effectively and skillfully with partners and end customers on business models and contractual terms & conditions and negotiate them well with partners and Customers alike.
- Work with Sales Team to drive Contract & Transaction Quality improvement to continuously improve KPIs, work together with Project manager in contract execution stage for necessary contract changes.
- Act as Reviewer and must have the ability to identify contractual risks and suggest solutions thereof.
- Good knowledge in telecom industry.

- Timely closure of deals by signing Contracts in time.
- Good Negotiating Skills.
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills.
- Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
- Knowledge of legal concepts.
- Good knowledge of Incoterms and indirect taxes
- Understanding of financial management and management accounting.
- Customer relationship skills.
- Good knowledge of products/services and sales and marketing activities.
- Excellent team player with good soft skills for use in cross
Professional Requirements
- 5+ years’ of Commercial / Sales experience in Telecom domain or Software industries.
- Ability to develop business solutions suiting different Customer requirements, with appropriate commercial terms & conditions that meet business goals based on client and Huawei requirements.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to manage a pipeline with multiple Customer accounts and partners.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Proven success in negotiating with Customer and other decision-makers.
