The Job Role
Commercial Managers are responsible for the creation and execution of marketing campaigns. They observe the correct allocation of marketing budgets by months, markets, operators, etc. They control the projects and monitor the accurate implementation of the activities and the achievement of positive results from their implementation. They are responsible for the timely and accurate documentation of campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for the financial management of marketing projects
- Make market research and analysis
- Recognize business opportunities
- Prepare proposals for marketing campaigns
- Negotiate and coordinate campaigns with partners
- Lead follow-up communication with customers in connection with the strategic expansion and positioning of the company's products
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors, operators
- Track compliance with regulatory guidelines
- Provide project updates, reports, and other documents related to the conduct of marketing activities
- Manage company-owned marketing applications and programs
- Responsible for the correctness and reliability of the data in the prepared documents and programs
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
Requirements

- Very good business and commercial acumen
- Very good computer literacy
- Ability to travel abroad once a month
- Bachelor’s degree -with an economic focus or relevant
- Strong command of the English Language – verbal and written
- Preferably 2 years of experience in Commercial Management
- Preferаbly 2 years of experience in a similar position in the gambling industry
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Can-do attitude, positive, proactive
