Communications and Sustainability Specialist - executes communication strategy by delivering communication materials and placements across communication internal and external channels; executes Sustainability strategy and plan and develop relations with different externals stakeholders; organizes internal and external events.

 Your responsibilities: 

  • Prepare communication plan for different topics relevant for company reputation and business results
  • Generate content for all channels, internal, external
  • Cooperate with other teams and the rest of the Communication and Sustainability team within the company to support business results achievements
  • Ensuring timely placement of articles on relevant media (HUB, Website, etc.)
  • Coordinate HUB portal and other internal communication channels, in line with all technical changes and innovations
  • Use social media channels for internal and external strengthening of Telenor reputation
  •  Manage the work of Telenor foundation
  • Prepare, coordinate and implement CSR plan, in line with the strategy, which includes the development of projects, implementation, monitoring, and reporting
  • Organizing and monitoring CSR projects (donations and corp sponsorships) as an integral part of corporate reputation
  • Organize Corporate events, internal and external in line with the plan and dedicated budget
  • Maintain good relationship with media and different external stakeholders relevant for CSR strategy execution

For the good start, you will need: 

  • University degree, preferable in journalism, philology or communications
  • Must have an understanding of business relevance and priorities
  • At least 2 years of experience in communication or sustainability area
  • Good in creating presentations and presenting in both languages for a different audience
  • Be a positive communicator with a 'can do' attitude
  • Outstanding knowledge of English and Serbian language, both oral and written
