Community Engagement & University Recruitment Program Manager

Workforce helps Microsoft Serbia get the best externally employed candidates. We are looking for a Community Engagement & University Recruitment Program Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Collaboration with stakeholders and the IT community audience, including STEM students, developers, and entrepreneurs. The primary goal is to strengthen the presence of the Microsoft brand in Serbia and Eastern Europe, supporting the local high-tech ecosystem and identifying untapped talent.
• Build and nurture relationships within educational and technological communities.
• Develop and implement strategies for a positive impact on university programs and activities focused on MDCS.
• Build and maintain key relationships within the academic community and represent the center as an ambassador in student communities.
• Act as the primary liaison between universities and MDCS, advocating for the brand and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Manage all communications and projects representing the Microsoft Development Center Serbia within the local community. Ensure effective coordination and implementation of initiatives to enhance Microsoft's reputation and impact in the region.
• Lead initiatives and project implementations with external communities and technology-related events.
• Coordinate closely with various internal vendors to position the center as an innovative and creative workplace.
• Create and deliver consistent communication narratives and supporting materials intended for the university audience.
• Manage the practical organization within the Microsoft Development Center Serbia through event organization, social media management, and close cooperation with the university recruitment team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Proven experience in Human Resources – Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding, preferably within the IT industry
• Good communication skills, problem-solving, action-oriented, strong planning and prioritizing skills
• Fluent in English
