Compensation and Benefits Associate (m/f)
City: Belgrade
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends and salary data to develop competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Create and maintain accurate reports and records in compensation and benefits area.
- Headcount and related costs planning and budgeting.
- Evaluation of positions and adjustments of grading structure.
- Conducting analysis of company compensation and benefits and proposing improvements.
- Ensuring transparency of Compensation and benefits budgets and effects, implementing communication and education for internal stakeholders.
- Implement processes of salary review and bonus.
- Implementation of sales incentive programs for sales positions.
- Creating and implementing benefits matrix.
- Ensure that compensation and benefits programs comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Work closely with other HR teams and across the company to ensure the effective implementation of Reward strategy.
Our requirements:
- Minimum of a fourth level qualification.
- 3+ years of experience in compensation and benefits or a similar field.
- Experience in utilizing HRIS and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in written and spoken English language.
