Title: Compensation and Benefits Specialist 
Location: Belgrade, Serbia 
 
We are looking for an empathetic and experienced Compensation and Benefits professional, who has a passion for building better processes and solutions, and who can effectively navigate the complexities of US and Canadian healthcare.  The Compensation and Benefits Consultant must have the breadth to manage all of NCR Voyix’s North America programs.  

The Compensation and Benefits Consultant administers all benefits and retirement programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, workers compensation and retirement plans. 

  • Oversee administration of the US and Canada compensation and benefits programs NCR Voyix offers and provide guidance to our operations team to support employees at all levels on benefits questions.
  • Perform specialty compensation and benefits processes such as electronic funds transfers, survey submission, maintaining, reconciling, analyzing, and preparing reports as required.
  • Provides support in the global management of compensation and health and welfare contracts and renewals and analysis to support annual processes.
  • Assist in hosting benefits meetings for annual enrollment and quarterly benefit webinars.
  • Support the planning, administration and communication of annual open enrollment, and other benefits changes throughout the year.
  • Ensure compliance of NCR's US benefit programs with regulations, including HIPAA, COBRA, ACA reporting, benefits NDT, and other national and local regulatory filings, legal disclosures, and benefits notices
  • Manage global benefit programs, including mental health and family forming benefits, and support the evolution of our perk and wellness efforts.
  • Responsible for compensation market intelligence for the Americas (salary survey submission; development of pay ranges; analysis of data to evaluate competitiveness and market trends)
  • Evaluate and classify jobs, ensuring consistent application of job evaluation methodology across the Americas region.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations to HR partners and managers on job leveling, promotions and pay adjustments.
  • Ensure compensation programs are compliant with local, state and federal regulations across the Americas, including FLSA, EEO, and other relevant legislation, staying informed about changes in laws and regulations affecting compensation practices.
  • Support audits and compliance reviews, providing necessary documentation and reports.
  • Analyze compensation data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage compensation related data in HRIS system (Workday), ensuring accuracy and integrity.
  • Assist in the administration of the annual compensation review process, including merit increases, bonus payouts, and equity awards.
  • Support in the management of collective bargaining agreements and allowances for the Americas

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, and 2+ years of experience working in US benefits (health and welfare, disability, 401K) administration.
  • Deep understanding of benefits administration processes
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the regulations that impact US benefits, and experience of their direct application.
  • Experience managing projects and programs and documenting processes.
  • Ability to research, analyze and propose solutions to problems.
  • Experience in Workday (preferred), or other benefits administration system.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with other teams, internal and external, and customer service and engagement content creation skills to support NCR's employees.
  • Passionate about creating a superlative employee experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights
  • Willing to work during normal working hours for the US global headquarters 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Ideal candidate will have a background in US and Canada disability to include working with disability vendors, answering employee questions and payroll to ensure employee leaves of absence are processed and paid correctly.
  • Experience in Canada Benefits administration
  • Experience in Disability management
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Fidelity, and Workday
  • Knowledge of compensation regulations and practices across the Americas
