Key responsibilities and deliverables:

  • Receiving, classification and record of written complaints of bank customers
  • Collecting information and documentation, processing and preparation of responses to customers’ complaints
  • Communication with all departments regarding customers’ complaints
  • Sending prepared responses to customers
  • Receiving and recording of NBS’ requests for statement
  • Collecting information and documentation, processing and responding to the National Bank of Serbia
  • Proposing mediation in solving disputes
  • Preparing and creating internal and external reports regarding complaints
  • Participation in testing of relevant activities, identification of problems in the work and make proposals for improvement products and services of Bank
  • Customer education through written communication
  • Providing support on complaints handling among all organization employees
  • Handling all other tasks delegated by the direct superior
  • Cooperation with team of Complaint Officers

For the good start, you will need:

  • University degree (preferable in Law)
  • At least 3 years of experience on similar positions
  • MS office proficient
  • Fluency in English

  • Must be a flexible, responsible person with initiative.
