Compliance Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Specialist to ensure our organization adheres to legal standards and in-house policies. You will be responsible for enforcing regulations in all aspects and levels of business, providing guidance on compliance matters, and supporting internal audits and risk management activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and interpret new and existing regulatory requirements affecting the business.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and review of internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments.
• Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory bodies and senior management.
• Train and educate staff on compliance protocols and policy updates.
• Investigate compliance issues and respond to potential violations.
• Maintain documentation and records related to compliance activities.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure procedures align with compliance standards.
• Support licensing, reporting, and regulatory filing requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a compliance, regulatory, or risk management role.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and compliance management tools.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
