CONFERENCE PRODUCER/PROJECT MANAGER 

Basic salary: RSD 140 000 per month + On Target Bonus. 

(OTE: RSD 2 300 000 per year)

Profile:

The role of a conference producer would include the research and writing of a conference agenda and overseeing the event from start to finish. You essentially act as the 'brains behind the event'. Extensive research skills are needed, as is the ability to keep abreast of current affairs and business news.

Essential:

• Minimum of 2 years in organising events and conferences
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Strong editing skills. (writing samples required)
• Demonstrable expertise in budgeting and managing projects to tight deadlines
• Strong work ethic and attention to quality and detail
• Ability to solve problems and successfully engage with appropriate technical and
  internal resources
• Ability to juggle multiple projects through highly effective organisational skills
• To research and analyse the feasibility of developing potential conference topics into commercially viable events
• To communicate by phone and email with key industry figures to determine the validity of proposed topic, sub-themes, timing and location
• To create a comprehensive topic briefing document
