Construction Design Senior Expert for Telecommunication Sites (m/f/d)

Work with fixed and mobile network worldwide by providing engineering services to our customers.
You will be responsible for infrastructure planning/design activities of mobile/fixed telecommunications network sites.
Conduct detailed analysis and structural design of steel structures and buildings supporting mobile/fixed network infrastructure. Carry out statical calculation for towers, poles, cable trays, and analysis of steel & concrete structures and design re-enforcements if required.
Perform engineering tasks in the civil/structural engineering field, ensuring compliance with design criteria, regulatory requirements, standards, and processes.
Utilize AutoCAD, structural design software, and other tools to facilitate the design of various sites, creating detailed drawings, plans, and blueprints.
Collaborate closely with customers in a large, international team on end-to-end solutions for the telecommunications network of the future.
Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues, acting as a mentor and contributing to a culture of continuous learning.

Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
5+ years of engineering experience, with minimum 3 years of statical and structural analysis/design of steel structures supporting mobile/fixed network infrastructure.
Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD and/or similar CAD tools, Microsoft Office Suite, PDF Editor, and experience in statical and dynamic structural analysis tools.
Readiness to learn and pursue certification for structural design for a specific market (e.g. Germany), with company support.
Basic knowledge of telecommunication facilities, principles, and their application in infrastructure design.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Fluent in written and spoken German.
