Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision over subcontractors according to regulations (license).
• Oversee daily construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Resolve any issues or delays that may arise on-site.
• Facilitate effective communication between all construction site stakeholders.
• Ensure materials and equipment are delivered and utilized according to project requirements.
• Manage, coordinate and supervise construction teams, including subcontractors and construction staff.
• Ensure that the planned dynamics of the works are applied and follow the workflow.
• Prepare progress reports and present updates to senior management.
• Ensure that all work complies with the highest safety standards and regulations.

Requirements:

• Graduated civil engineer, VII degree or higher
• With 3-5 years of work experience in infrastructural projects
• Preferable having experience in construction site management
• Serbian native speaker able to actively use the English language for daily work
• Tendency to work in a team, and to cooperate professionally in the international environment
• Good communication skills
• Analytical thinking skills and problem-solving focused
