Our office is looking to expand its local staff in Belgrade with the following position  Consultant – Valuations and Consultancy Department

Job Description:

• To gather and analyze a range of property information to determine the value of the property and provide a valuation report, ensuring that proper timelines are followed
• Communication with clients to define scope of work, and obtain details of the property in question
• Preparation of offers and presentations for potential clients
• Visit the properties to conduct appraisal inspection and note special features of the property, property condition, and nearby properties that may impact property value
• Research information such as comparable properties, public records, legal descriptions, and tax records from local government
• Adheres to professional code of ethics and rules of conduct

Requirements:

• University degree in Economics, Construction, Architecture or similar
• Licensed Appraiser
• Excellent command in English, second language is a plus
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience with real estate valuations
• Previous experience within auditing, banking, financial or transaction advisory sectors will be considered as advantage
• Good knowledge of the real estate industry
• Excellent computer skills
• Reliable, analytical and hard working person with developed organizational and communications skills
• Team oriented person with strong working ethics
• Driving license
