Our office is looking to expand its local staff in Belgrade with the following position Consultant – Valuations and Consultancy Department
Job Description:
- To gather and analyze a range of property information to determine the value of the property and provide a valuation report, ensuring that proper timelines are followed
- Communication with clients to define scope of work, and obtain details of the property in question
- Preparation of offers and presentations for potential clients
- Visit the properties to conduct appraisal inspection and note special features of the property, property condition, and nearby properties that may impact property value
- Research information such as comparable properties, public records, legal descriptions, and tax records from local government
- Adheres to professional code of ethics and rules of conduct
Requirements:
- University degree in Economics, Construction, Architecture or similar
- Licensed Appraiser
- Excellent command in English, second language is a plus
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience with real estate valuations
- Previous experience within auditing, banking, financial or transaction advisory sectors will be considered as advantage
- Good knowledge of the real estate industry
- Excellent computer skills
- Reliable, analytical and hard working person with developed organizational and communications skills
- Team oriented person with strong working ethics
- Driving license
