Key Responsibilities:

• Claim and variation identification, documentation and submission.
• Preparation of contractual letters, have them authorized by the Project Manager and send them to the Client, subcontractors, government agencies and other parties.
• Preparation of subcontract agreements, documents and correspondence together with the Technical team.
• Contracts management, negotiations, administration and performance monitoring.
• Conducting meetings and recording Minutes.

Requirements:

1. BSc or higher in Civil Engineering with min 5 years of experience in the industry
2. Knowledge of FIDIC rules and procedures (Yellow and Red FIDIC)
3. Serbian native speaker fluent in English
4. Tendency to work in a team, and to cooperate professionally in the international environment
5. Good communication skills
6.  Analytical thinking skills and problem-solving focused
