Contract Manager

District heating pipeline project Obrenovac- Novi Beograd 

Position responsibilities:

• Contract Management: Coordinate all contract-related issues with the Subcontractor, Employer, FIDIC Engineers, and authorities. Ensure that all contracts are managed according to the project's contract procedures.
• Payment: Prepare AIPCs (Applications for Interim Payment Certificates) in accordance with the contracts and payment schedules. Review subcontractors' AIPCs in accordance with the relevant contracts. Track the price index published by the Statistical Office and calculate the adjustment amount according to the contract
• Claim & Variation Management: Coordinate all claim and variation issues related to the project. Prepare submissions to the Employer/FIDIC Engineer and communicate with them on related matters.
• Biding Works: Participate in project bidding, review and draft bidding documents.
• Perform other tasks related to contract, claim and variation management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, procurement, legal studies, contract management, or a related field.

Job requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in FIDIC contract management.
• Strong integration, analytical, problem-solving, written/oral communication, negotiations, and leadership skills
• Computer, interpersonal, and customer service skills are necessary
• Fluency in English
