IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Monthly Reporting
• ­    Prepare monthly reporting package in time & quality
• ­    Track & report performance metrics (KPIs) / present findings and recommendations

• Risk Management
• ­    Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• ­    Monitor risk factors and adjust plans accordingly
• Planning & Budgeting
• ­    Lead & coordinate the yearly planning process
• ­    Act as sparring partner for Top Management
• Compliance
• ­    Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
• ­    Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
• Continuous Improvement
• ­    Identify areas for improvement
• ­    Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
• Management and development of your respective team
• ­    Lead and mentor your team
• ­    Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback

FOR THE POSITION YOU NEED:

• university degree (˃240 ECTS) in Economics, Finance or Accounting acumen.
• minimum 3 years experience in the area of Finance/ Controlling
• practical knowledge of IFRS
• team player with the ability to manage complexity and deliver quality work under time pressure
• proven interpersonal skills with an emphasis on effective communication, cooperation with all levels of management as well internal & external clients.
• experience and knowledge in SAP and/or NAVISION
• advanced knowledge of written and spoken English language.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• knowledge of corporate processes and internal regulations within the oil & gas industry (no must)
