Corp Security Specialist

In this dynamic role, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the security and smooth operation of ATM services. Your expertise will help in investigating claims, reviewing loss data, and implementing security policies to keep everything secure. Your main duties will include:

• Receiving and validating ATM loss claims, ensuring all necessary documentation is provided by customers
• Entering accurate data into a global security database and identifying loss trends
• Conducting research and analyzing reported ATM losses
• Monitoring and updating the status of open claims, tracking ATM loss trends
• Performing routine processing of government security applications
• Reviewing and processing security incident reports
• Carefully documenting activities and results in the Global Security reporting database
• Communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing, with internal teams and external stakeholders 
• Ensuring compliance with security policies and supporting other security functions

Here’s what we are looking for in YOU:

• Experience working in Claims Management, Risk Analysis, Business Analytics  or a related security field
• Experience in basic settlement procedures would be a plus
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written
• Understanding of bank and cash in transit vault processes 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
• Knowledge of security policies and practices
