Job Summary:

We are looking for a hands-on Cost Accounting Supervisor with experience in manufacturing, preferably in the automotive industry. This role oversees cost analysis, budgeting, and inventory processes, with a strong focus on SAP and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is analytical, independent, and capable of improving cost efficiency and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise cost accounting activities: materials, labor, and overhead.
• Analyze variances, prepare cost reports, and support financial close.
• Maintain accurate BOM and cost allocation in SAP (CO, MM, PP).
• Monitor budgets, inventory, and fixed assets.
• Review contracts, support audits, and address tax mattersIdentify risks, strengthen internal controls, and lead process improvements.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and engineering teams.
• Support development of the local finance team.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of cost accounting experience in manufacturing.
• Strong SAP knowledge (CO, MM, PP).
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of budgeting, asset management, and tax policies.
• High proficiency in English.
• Able to work independently.
