On behalf of our client, we are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and experienced Country Sales Manager to lead and drive sales growth in Serbia. This position focuses on establishing the company’s architectural systems in the Serbian construction sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, relationship building, and strategic planning. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a high-performing team, and expanding market presence through strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth and meet annual targets for the company’s architectural systems in Serbia.
  • Lead and manage a team of Regional Managers, providing coaching, performance evaluations, and ongoing training to ensure team success.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers including fabricators, builders, architects, and investors. Promote the company’s systems and solutions to increase market share.
  • Manage and develop the distribution network in the retail sector. Negotiate terms with distributors and ensure effective performance.
  • Work closely with product development, technical support, and marketing teams to promote new products and ensure customized technical solutions for clients.
  • Prepare short-term and long-term sales forecasts based on market trends and analysis. Manage sales budgets and ensure cost control for sales activities (marketing, promotions, training, etc.).
  • Regularly analyze market conditions, competition, and trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly. Prepare sales reports and financial analyses for management review.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share and enter new segments. Strengthen existing relationships and attract new customers and distributors.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales management and business development within the construction or architectural sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing, coaching, and motivating sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Proficiency in Serbian and English (both spoken and written).
  • Ability to analyze market data and forecast sales effectively.
