In connection with the intensive development and the planned opening of a branch/ sales office in Serbia we are looking for candidates for the position of:
Country Manager Serbia - Head of Sales and Marketing
Location: Serbia
Tasks:
- Branch organization - establishment of a sales office responsible for Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia,
- Managing sales in the subordinate region with direct responsibility for the area of sales organization and marketing,
- Development of strategies for the sales activities of the company's branch in the market (in close cooperation with the company's top management located in Poland and HK) in terms of defining strategies towards potential customers,
- Supervising the area of marketing sales support,
- Implementation of the sales activities strategy,
- Responsibility for shaping, modifying and improving the sales and customer service process,
- Representing the company during presentations / discussions / negotiations with key customers,
- Representing the company at trade shows, conferences,
- Working closely with company management
Expectations:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management B2B optimally in the international environment,
- Prior established experience in B2B sales, eg. in positions, Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, Sales Director or related,
- Big advantage is knowledge of the telecommunications market - especially sales of mobile phones (GSM operators, specialized chain stores, distributors, dealers, etc.),
- Higher education - in the area of management or economics or technical or related to,
- Good knowledge of English,
- A high level of personal culture and ability to negotiate with key customers,
- Ready to hold business trips in the region,
- Solid experience in sales,
- Highly developed communication skills,
- Involvement ( high level of personal engagement),
- Attitude to the effective action.
