Country Operations Manager

Our client is one of the leading environmental friendly companies in CEE. For further strengthen of their team in Serbia we are looking for Country Operations Manager (m/f/d).

Main tasks:

• Holding country wide responsibility for all operations and relatedprocesses
• Direct reporting to the countrymanager
• Supervising work flow and managing materials and ressources in alignment with incomingorders
• Cooporating with logistics and production units on a daily and weeklybasis
• Managing customer relations including contract and agreementnegotiations
• Constantly optimizing Logistics andProduction
• Holding responsibility for all Logistic operations and supervising the LogisticsTeam
• Fleetmanagement
• Collecting data and forwarding documents for theinvoicing

Your profile:

• University Degree in Engineering or related field (preferably in production, logistic or management engineering)
• Industrial background or experience in the ServiceSector
• At least 5 years of working experience in a multinationalcompany
• Expierence in managing Logistics/Supply Chain, Production and Servicedepartments
• Profound leadership skills and ability to manage mixed and complexteams
• Knowlegde in defining and achievingKPIs
• Fluent in Englisch, perfect inSerbian
• Readiness of mind, unconventional and strategicthinking
