We are currently seeking an independent and an organized Creative Lead to join our team and support our partner company — AdGenix Media a leading performance marketing agency specializing in e-commerce and lead generation across multiple traffic channels. The company operates in various verticals, driving high-quality paid traffic from major platforms including Facebook (Meta), YouTube, TikTok, and more.
As the Creative Lead, you will take full ownership of the client company’s creative pipeline for the US market — leading the ideation, production, and optimization of high-performing direct response ads across Meta and other traffic sources.
Responsibilities:
- Research and understand the offer/product, category, and target demographic
- Use AI tools, AdLibrary, spy tools, and other resources for competitive research and ideation
- Identify and analyze high-performing creatives in the market
- Write new direct response video ad scripts and improve existing winning scripts
- Create short-form and long-form advertorials
- Generate and split test new hooks, headlines, openers, and scripts
- Work closely with video editors on visual ideas and scroll stoppers, provide feedback
- Review all creatives for quality assurance before launch
- Develop and enforce naming conventions for creatives to aid split testing and tracking
- Work closely with media buyers to brainstorm, test, and optimize creatives
- Access and analyze traffic sources and tracking dashboards (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
- Track and document key creative performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPM, V-hook, Hold%, etc.)
- Maintain detailed records of all creatives, variables, and results
- Use performance data to optimize and improve future creatives
- Communicate progress, performance, and creative pipeline updates daily with the executive team
- Maintain a well-organized swipe file, creative reports, and creative library on Google Drive
- Stay up to date with industry standards and tools to continuously improve the creative workflow
Requirements:
- Proven success as a Creative Lead or in a similar role in Affiliate Marketing or Direct Response Advertising
- Strong understanding of paid traffic sources (Meta, TikTok, Google) and compliance rules
- Knowledge of AdLibrary, spy tools, and tracking tools (RedTrack)
- Experience managing creative teams and production pipelines
- Written and verbal fluency in English
